The foundation of Jiumaojiu National Supply Chain Center Base was successfully laid

We are honored as one of “Top 100 Chinese Catering Brands in 2018”. We began to adopt the franchise operation model for Double Eggs pancake brand.

We opened the first Double Eggs Pancake Restaurant. The 100th Jiumaojiu Restaurant opened.

In January, Nanjing Branch of Jiumaojiu was established, and the 99th branch restaurant located at Bahaocang in Shenzhen opened. In July, “Taier” opened for business.
In November, Guangzhou Huacheng Huinan District Branch of Jiumaojiu V3.0 opened.

In April, Wuhan Branch of Jiumaojiu was established.
In October, Haixiu Restaurant in Haikou, the national flagship store of Jiumaojiu, reopened after decoration.

In June, Tianjin Branch of Jiumaojiu was established.
In August, Foshan Yicui Shijia Restaurant, the 50th branch restaurant of Jiumaojiu, opened.

Beijing and Shenzhen branches of Jiumaojiu were established successively.
In July, Jiumaojiu Noodle Training Class opened to students. In 2013, it was officially renamed as “Jiumaojiu Noodle University”, which is a milestone in the standardization of Jiumaojiu noodles and an important link in the standardization of Chinese handmade noodles.

Jiumaojiu began systematic construction and started its national layout.

The business model was upgraded. Starting from the large market in South China, Jiumaojiu changed from a catering operation enterprise with complicated model to a fast fashion chain catering enterprise, and its restaurant opening strategy was gradually locked in shopping malls.

The third branch restaurant in Guangzhou opened and the brand was named as “Jiumaojiu”.
In August, Guangzhou Headquarters was established, and Jiumaojiu’s development center was officially transferred.

In January, the first Shanxi Old Noodle Restaurant located at Machang in Guangzhou opened.

In April, the third branch restaurant opened, and all restaurants were renamed “Shanxi Old Noodle Restaurant”.

In October, the first Shanxi Noodle King in Haikou was established.
